Breakfast that is in no hurry
at all.
Our breakfast room is not simply a room. It is a composition: a marble floor, blue upholstered benches, velvet armchairs in a warm rosé, and above it all a cluster of mouth-blown glass lamps. The wall between the black steel frames is not a picture. Those are silk flowers, rearranged by hand with every season.
A buffet, without any rush, as often as you like. Until 10 on weekdays, until 11 at weekends and on public holidays.

What you should know.
- Add breakfast to your booking if you wish — you choose it individually for each night.
- Welcome without an overnight stay, at €21 per person. We recommend reserving through the front desk.
- Very welcome. A high chair is available on request.
- Vegan, gluten free, lactose free — all possible. Just ask, or let us know when you book.

When is breakfast served at The Fritz Hotel?
Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 am, weekends and public holidays from 7 to 11 am.

Can I have breakfast without staying the night?
Yes, non-residents are welcome at €21 per person. We recommend reserving through the concierge or at reservierung@thefritzhotel.de.
Vegan or gluten free?
Of course. Oat milk, gluten-free bread, vegan spreads. Do let us know in advance if you like.
What coffee do you serve?
